How to exchange a product

THIS IS HOW YOU EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER COLOR/SIZE - STEP BY STEP

Step 1 -
Put your product(s) back in the original packaging that you received with the product itself.

Step 2 -
Put the packed product(s) into a matching shipping box with your orderconfirmation. You must use a shipping box as small as possible to match the product inside.
*If the size of the shipping box is not matching the products inside, a fee can be added.

Step 3 -
Measure the shipping box height, width and depth, and send a exchange request.
