How to return a product

THIS IS HOW YOU RETURN A PRODUCT STEP BY STEP

When the package will be returned, you will get refunded (IT CAN TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS)

• Order reference
• Item(s) you will send back
• Shipping box height
• Shipping box width
• Shipping box depth

Step 1 -
Put your product(s) back in the original packaging that you received with the product itself.

Step 2 -
Put the packed product(s) into a matching shipping box with your orderconfirmation.
The cost of the return label will be calculated by the size of the shipping box, as smaller shipping box as lower cost of return label.

Step 3 -
Measure the shipping box height, width and depth and send a request of a return label.
